RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. Custom-made or tailored products—such as cut-to-size wood or hand-finished pieces—are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bluntasdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned products must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Please note that online courses and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws on digital goods. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once content delivery begins.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any customs or import duties applied are the sole responsibility of the customer. BluntAs Design does not cover or reimburse these charges.
